Discover more about life in Bredon School’s Sixth Form at our Sixth Form Open Day on Thursday 18th November.
We will be running two sessions on Thursday 18th November as follows:
Morning: 9am – 11am
Afternoon: 2:30pm – 4:30pm
The day will include welcomes from our Headmaster Nick Oldham and Deputy Head Academic Nathan Monk, as well as a guided tour to enable you to see lessons taking place, and talk to teaching staff. Our Head Boy and Head Girl will be on hand to talk to you about life in the Sixth Form and answer any questions you may have regarding life at Bredon School.
You will learn about our dyslexia-friendly teaching, wide range of academic and vocational course options available, small class sizes, award-winning Sixth Form work experience programme, and the fantastic careers support on offer here.
Bredon is ranked as one of the most successful value added schools in the UK by the Department for Education – demonstrating how much progress our Sixth Form pupils make between the end of Key Stage 4 and the end of their Sixth Form Studies (16-18 years).
Facilities within our 84 acre school site include a recently refurbished Sixth Form Study Centre (with 20 designated study pods equipped with Google ChromeBooks), Cisco Academy, working school farm, swimming pool, jetty launch for kayaking and river activities, mountain bike and BMX trails as well as the chance to join our thriving Combined Cadet Force (CCF) and Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme.
